Some days, being pregnant or caring for a baby is hard—even without addiction in the picture. When you’re dealing with both, it can feel like you’re barely keeping your head above water.
That’s why we created the Mother’s Journey program—so women like you have a place to breathe, to land, and to start over without fear of being judged.
You don’t have to keep pretending everything’s okay. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. In this program, you’re not just seen as someone in recovery. You’re seen as a mother. A woman. A human being trying to find her way—and you deserve support that truly gets that.
You don’t have to keep pretending everything’s okay. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. At Greylock you’re not just seen as someone in recovery. You’re seen as a mother. A woman. A human being trying to find her way—and you deserve support that truly gets that.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s figure it out together. Call 413-884-6013 or Verify Your Insurance to start.
A Mother’s Journey is a program inside Greylock Recovery created just for women who are balancing treatment with the realities of pregnancy, new motherhood, or raising young kids. Whether you’re newly pregnant, caring for a newborn, or trying to hold it together with toddlers at home—this track is built with you in mind.
Some women come to us after years of trying to get clean. Others arrive after a tough pregnancy, a close call, or a moment of realizing, I can’t keep doing this alone. However you get here, you’re met with care that actually makes room for your life.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program pulled from a textbook. It’s something softer. Smarter. More real. Because healing while being a mom—healing while becoming a mom—is different. And we treat it that way.
Here, you’re seen as a whole person: not just someone in recovery, but a woman carrying a lot—and finally ready to set it down somewhere safe.
Using substances during pregnancy brings a lot of weight—physically, emotionally, and socially. And yet, the shame and fear around asking for help are often what keep women from picking up the phone. You might be worried about being labeled. Or losing custody. Or just not being taken seriously.
At Greylock, we don’t judge how you got here. We focus on where you want to go. This is a space for pregnancy-safe detox and recovery, without the fear of being punished for surviving. Because taking care of yourself—really taking care—is the first way you show up for your child.
There’s no blueprint for what it looks like to recover while pregnant or parenting. Some moms come in newly sober and unsure. Others are juggling late-night feedings, court dates, or cravings. Wherever you are, your care plan will meet you there. As one of our team members puts it, “You don’t have to look strong to be strong.”
In the Mother’s Journey program, we offer:
We don’t expect you to fit into a model. We build the model around you.
We focus on helping you feel steady, seen, and ready to care for yourself and your child. That means more than checking boxes or following a script.
We don’t hand you a pre-written plan. We work with you to build care that fits—whether that means pausing group to feed your baby or finding ways to manage anxiety between naps. This is real life, and your treatment should reflect that.
The program combines trusted clinical methods with holistic supports like:
We don’t expect you to know all the answers. We simply help you get steady enough to find them.

One mom told us the first night she slept here was the first time she’d rested in months. She left her window cracked so she could hear the wind in the trees.
