Frequently Asked Questions

Answers, honesty, and real support—because asking for help shouldn’t be hard.

If you’re considering treatment—whether for yourself or someone you love—you probably have a hundred questions. That’s okay. We’re here to walk you through it, one answer at a time.

General Treatment Questions

We offer medically supervised detox and residential treatment for addiction. Our programs are personalized, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you where you are.

Detox is the first step—focused on safely getting substances out of your system. Residential treatment comes next and helps you begin the deeper work of healing with therapy, structure, and support.

It depends on your needs. Detox usually lasts 5–10 days, while residential treatment can range from a few weeks to a few months. We’ll help you decide what’s best.

Absolutely. Your privacy matters. We follow all HIPAA regulations and treat your story with the care and discretion it deserves.

Yes. We offer The Nest Program for pregnant women and mothers, the Family Forward Program for loved ones, and gender-informed support throughout our services.

Getting Started

If substances are affecting your health, relationships, job, or peace of mind—it’s worth exploring treatment. You don’t need to “hit rock bottom” to ask for help.

It starts with a phone call. We’ll ask a few questions, verify your insurance, and walk you through the next steps. No judgment. No pressure.

Costs, Insurance, and Coverage

Yes—we work with most major insurance providers. Our team will verify your benefits and explain your options clearly.

Insurance may cover detox, residential care, therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and co-occurring mental health support. Every plan is different, so we’ll check for you.

We’ll still talk with you. Depending on your situation, we may be able to help with payment plans or refer you to a trusted partner.

While we don’t have formal scholarships, we’ll do everything we can to work with your financial situation.

Daily Life in Treatment

We’ll give you a full packing list. Bring comfortable clothes, toiletries, any prescribed medications, and items that help you feel grounded.

Phone use is limited early in treatment to help you focus, but you’ll have scheduled times to talk with loved ones. We encourage family involvement when it supports your healing.

Mornings usually start with group therapy or mindfulness, followed by individual counseling, wellness activities, and recovery-focused education. Evenings include reflection and support groups.

Most of our rooms are shared. It’s part of the community-based model—and we’ve found that healing often begins with connection.
